Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on November 8, 2018 found that Pennsylvania Hope Home Health Care Agency, llc corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 PA Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on August 15, 2018.
